DIY support covers
- Download access
- Missing or corrupted files
- Wrong file delivered
DIY support does not include
- Completing templates or writing all test cases for you
- Executing testing or triaging defects
- Release sign-off
- Security, accessibility or legal review
Assisted and Managed services
Assisted and Managed support must be separately scoped and agreed. Test Lite DIY does not include custom testing execution, defect triage or release sign-off by AI Solutions.
