Refunds & Cancellations

Refund boundary

Because Test Lite is a digital download, refunds may be limited once the pack has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law or where AI Solutions agrees there has been a delivery issue that cannot be resolved.

If your download is missing, corrupted, or the wrong file was delivered, contact us and we will fix the delivery or refund you.
