What we collect

• Download requests: name, email address, business name (optional) and your acknowledgement selections
• Feedback forms: your ratings and comments; contact email only if you give permission to contact you
• Product accounts: email, name and role for authentication and access control

How we use it

• To deliver the product you requested and respond to support enquiries
• To improve our products (aggregated feedback analysis)
• To contact you only where you have given explicit permission

Retention and deletion (GDPR)

Personal data in leads and feedback is retained for no longer than 24 months, after which it is scheduled for deletion. Deletion events are tracked in our compliance register and administrators are notified 5 working days before each deletion is executed.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing aisolutions@aisolutionsnet.net. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Please do not send us sensitive data

Do not include passwords, customer records, private client details or confidential project information in feedback or support messages.
